Digital manufacturing
By deploying industrial IoT and wireless sensor networks, we have achieved comprehensive data collection covering all plant equipment, materials, personnel, and production information. Building on this foundation, we have deeply integrated core systems such as ERP, MES, APS, and SCADA to establish data analytics and optimization capabilities that span the entire production process, ultimately enabling precise control of production factors driven by data. The intelligent production management and decision-making platform thus developed has helped the company successfully earn recognition as a “Superior-Level Smart Factory” jointly certified by six government departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Digital Quality Control

Digital R&D
Relying on a software platform, the company has developed digital 3D design and simulation technologies for warp-knitted products. Through physical testing and electron microscopy analysis, the company continuously optimizes both manufacturing processes and raw material formulations, and implements integrated management of product data throughout the entire process—from design to manufacturing. In addition, specialized design software developed in collaboration with research institutions such as Jiangnan University enables direct transmission of process parameters to production equipment, thereby effectively enhancing design efficiency, shortening the R&D cycle, improving product quality, and boosting overall operational effectiveness.
Smart warehousing
In combination with production planning, workshop layout, and management requirements, we have introduced an intelligent AGV transportation system based on laser- and vision-guided navigation. Through deep integration between the AGV scheduling system and the MES, once the fabric is laid down, it can be instantly called for via a single button press on the MES terminal. Upon receiving the instruction, the AGV autonomously plans the optimal route and automatically transports the fabric from its current location to the conveyor belt, thereby establishing an efficient, human-machine collaborative, and minimally manned workshop operation model.
Digital Energy Management
In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, the company has built a “5G+Smart Energy Consumption Management” platform. Leveraging big data technology, this platform enables real-time collection of energy consumption data, precise metering, visual monitoring, and in-depth analysis, thereby enhancing the digitalization of energy management operations and achieving the goals of improving efficiency and reducing costs. This platform has helped the company successfully be included in the “Third Batch of Smart Photovoltaic Pilot Demonstration List,” jointly announced by five departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
